This is very much a matter of personal preference. Christmas and New Year are very popular; Christmas in the snow is incredibly magical and the resort pulls out all of the stops for New Year’s Eve, with a bar and DJ in the central square from 4pm, a live concert at 10.30pm and fireworks at midnight. The weather can be very cold in January which makes for excellent snow conditions and a lot of people are returning to work and school making the slopes quiet. School holidays in February are very busy, so we recommend that you book in advance if you wish to travel in these dates. The sun begins to shine in March meaning longer days and April is the snowiest month of the season. In spring and summer, the resort offers an array of outdoor activities making it a perfect choice for any adrenaline junkie.
