The twelve tented suites – including one for families – are amongst the largest in East Africa; each boasts an expansive wooden deck with sunken hot tub and telescope, spacious beds and en suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower.
A gourmet menu of à la carte dishes is served in the restaurant, accompanied by an extensive selection of world wines from the underground cellar. Activities include day and night game drives in open 4x4 vehicles and walking safaris within the conservancy; unwind by the infinity pool or enjoy a treatment at the new Amani African Spa, with its heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

January to March is hot and dry with the long rains usually falling from April to early June. Between June and October it is warm and dry during the day but cold at night. The migration usually arrives in the Mara from July with river crossings from Tanzania generally taking place between July and September. The herds rest in Kenya before crossing back to Tanzania in October/November. Kenya’s coast enjoys a tropical climate – April to June can be humid, tempered by monsoon winds. Nairobi is pleasant year round due to its altitude.
