Deluxe Rooms boast elegant canopy or pencil post beds, whilst exquisite Grand Suites benefit from separate living rooms and feature private balconies overlooking Chartres Street.
Breakfast is a renowned affair at Soniat House, where guests can enjoy warm butter scones, homemade jam and freshly-pressed orange juice in the comfort of their room or within the quaint courtyard. The hotel’s central location in New Orleans means there’s plenty to experience nearby, from basking in the sunshine at Jackson Square to enjoying Louisiana Creole cuisine and live jazz down historic Bourbon Street. Guests staying at Soniat House receive complimentary access to the spa, swimming pool and fitness facilities at New Orleans Athletic Club.

The temperature in New Orleans is mostly pleasant all year round, with a similar climate to the Caribbean. The humidity levels fluctuate throughout the year, with May to September being typically hot and humid and June to November experiencing occasional heavy rainstorms. We highly recommend visiting between February and May.
