The only ski-in / ski-out hotel in Aspen, this iconic Relais & Châteaux resort stands at the base of Aspen Mountain, next to the Silver Queen Gondola and just steps from the town’s enticing shops and restaurants. Lush fabrics and modern art grace the beautifully appointed interiors enhanced by mountain views. Guest rooms and suites, most with balconies, feature gas log fireplaces, down-filled sofas and marble bathrooms. Across the gondola plaza is collection of exclusive, private residences with large outdoor decks or balconies and amenities including a rooftop pool. Little can surpass the fine wines and cuisine of element 47, whilst convivial Ajax Tavern’s mountainside patio is the spot for casual dining and après-ski cocktails. The health centre features a heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi; a dedicated Ski Concierge service encompasses boot warming, overnight ski tuning, daily weather reports, fresh pastries in the morning and cookies in the afternoon.

Partnering with Canadian Mountain Holidays (CMH) for a deluxe week at Valemount Lodge, The Nell welcomes eight guests to experience exhilarating skiing in the Cariboos enhanced with hospitality from three hosts from the hotel - Managing Director Simon Chen; Wine Director and Master Sommelier Carlton McCoy and Executive Sous-Chef Keith Theodore. Skiers must be able to ski double black diamond terrain and have previous backcountry experience.
