News / How time flies

When the hours and days seem to be rushing past in a flurry, a private jet experience can make every moment stand still.

Time is often the most sought-after luxury. In between a busy working day, social engagements, looking after the family or trying to find a spare moment with your partner, there never seems enough of it. So when it comes to planning a holiday to nine different countries in 24 days, with the most inspiring UNESCO Heritage Sites, rich cultural experiences and local cuisine – it simply seems laughable.

What you may have thought impossible is now easier, more exclusive and more luxurious through unparalleled and meaningful private jet itineraries with TCS World Travel.

With over 25 years in the industry, TCS World Travel has developed and operated just shy of 300 luxury jet expeditions to more than 200 unique destinations.

With a team of seasoned travel experts, the company has been dedicated to enriching lives through travel since its founding in 1991. As pioneers in the private jet industry, it is the most experienced jet expedition company in the world offering exceptional service, bespoke activities and the best in five-star luxury accommodation (the company even operates the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience).

Always looking to surpass guest expectations, TCS World Travel continues to innovate new ways of exploring the world. Its local experts live in the community and can connect guests deeper with the local customs and culture of each destination. This trend for the ‘all-inclusive journey’ amongst the wealthy has become the ultimate solution to saving time without compromise and restrictions; exceptional comfort, extra legroom, less time in transit and airports, and minimal stopovers. In fact, you’d need an extra ten days to replicate a similar journey with a commercial flight.

On-the-ground activities can be curated and customised around what interests you most, from attending a Samoan Women’s Committee meeting to hikes and kayak outings. Activities take place in small and intimate groups while offering privileged access and opening doors to invitation only places.

The only hard part is finding a few minutes to choose which epic journey you want...

24 Days / A President's journey around the world

To celebrate TCS World Travel’s 300th milestone journey, president of the company Shelley Cline has curated her favourite destinations for a once-in-a-lifetime journey. She’ll join guests in some of the world’s most remote and wondrous places, including the ancient capital Luang Prabang in Laos, an entire town that has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site for its revered temples and palaces.

Expand your mind with yoga sessions overlooking the ocean in the Maldives and come face-to-face with a family of gentle mountain gorillas in the lush bamboo forests of Rwanda. Nature is in abundance on this trip and the ornithological offering is a highlight; Nazca Boobies and Great Frigatebirds make their home on Genovesa Island, Ecuador, while the waters around the Galápagos Islands are ideal for catching sight of green sea turtles, sea lions and more.

25 Days / Around the world

There’s a reason Phileas Fogg travelled around the world in 80 days – to behold the amazing sights of the globe in one tour. Lucky for us, it’s possible to do the same. But in only 25.

An itinerary of life’s must-see destinations – from Machu Picchu to the Taj Mahal, Angkor Wat to the Lost City of Petra – this trip is hardly one to miss. The ancient wonders of the historic Cusco and the Inca ruins await as does the lost civilization of Easter Island and the Rano Raraku quarry, where hundreds of moai were abandoned. Not only do these places have huge historical significance, but you will be guided by experts who will explain the secrets and untold stories of these lands.

Learn about local customs and community while abroad, too; for example you can experience island life at a Samoan Women’s Committee meeting. Don’t forget the wildlife – there’s none so famous as the vibrant fish of the Great Barrier Reef or the Big Five on the Serengeti.

18 Days / Southern Africa: wine & wildlife

Explore the best of Southern Africa on this exciting 18- day journey that highlights eight unique destinations in five countries. Start with the highlights of picturesque Cape Town and sample some of the world’s finest wines in the fertile Cape Winelands. Embark on an adventure across the massive sand dunes of the Namib Desert and venture into Zimbabwe to stand atop the thundering Victoria Falls, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Then it’s on to Zambia to track an array of wildlife among the riverine landscapes of South Luangwa National Park. Take time to relax on Mozambique’s white-sand beaches before venturing into the South African bush in Kruger National Park to search for the Big Five: lion, buffalo, leopard, African bush elephant and rhinoceros. End your journey just south of Cape Town, where you can discover the wonders of the Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, a pristine wilderness between mountains, forest and sea.
