Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Udaipur & Mumbai / Palaces & Tigers

Comprising of eight UNESCO sites, a famed National Park and a new wonder of the world; this journey explores both India’s man-made and natural royalty at its finest.

Begin within the winding streets of ancient and Imperial Delhi before an overnight stay revealing the majesty the Mughal Empire left behind in Agra, including a sunrise visit to the illustrious Taj Mahal. Venturing south-west, a detour to the abandoned city of Fetahpur Sikri precedes two days seeking the majestic Bengal tiger in the jungles of one of India’s largest National Parks, Ranthambore.

Onwards to Jaipur, walk between salmon hued abodes on an exploration of the city’s most prominent and dazzling architectures, before proceeding to the air of tranquillity that surrounds India’s answer to Venice, Udaipur. Finally, experience the two sides of modern Indian life in Mumbai, where an eye opening tour immerses you into the lives of the residents in both the city and its neighbouring slum.

Please note: all parks are closed from 30 June – 01 October.

Due to movement patterns, we recommend the best time for this itinerary is the end of March – April and November for the highest possible chance of seeing the tigers.
