Cuisine at Cress on Oak Creek is inspired by the nature of Northern Arizona, locally foraged with hand-selected ingredients; 89 Agave combines Sonoran style Mexican flavours with funky tequila cocktails. Enjoy a relaxing swim in the salt and mineral-based pool, glean a few tips from the weekly artist in residence or join an expert astronomer to study the night skies through one of the most powerful telescopes in Northern Arizona.
