Cuisine ranges from Latin and Asian inspired citrus cured seafood dishes at Pesca Ceviche Bar, traditional American favourites at La Terraza Americana whilst the Lounge Bar is the place for Mexican dishes and fine tequilas. Experience total pampering in the spa with its lush private gardens and steam cave, laze by the two infinity pools where attendants offer cooling aloe vera ice blocks, iPods and personal massages. Leisure pursuits including watersports, tennis, fishing and championship-level golf are all available nearby.

Low season for Mexico is generally between the months of May to October, whilst high season runs from mid December to Easter. Prices are based on 2 sharing (unless otherwise indicated) and include return economy flights from London. For Mexico City, prices are based on 3 nights accommodation with no flights or transfers. Riviera Maya is enjoyable year-round, but October to May is generally the most pleasant time to visit. Humidity is at its highest from July to September, with occasional showers more likely to occur on the Gulf Coast. November to May are the most popular months to visit Baja Peninsula, characterised by warm, generally dry days, whilst July to October tends to be hotter and more humid with the possibility of tropical storms. Mexico City is best visited between March to May; winter brings cool temperatures, whilst June to October can be more humid with a daily short burst of showers.
