Sitting on the doorstep of the Plaza del Duque Shopping Centre and just a short stroll from the Playa del Duque beach, the hotel is billed as a new concept for both families and adults – offering 242 exclusive suites across four different categories, each designed as a true home from home with modern comforts in mind.
Although family-friendly throughout, the hotel’s size allows for quieter areas, such as the Japanese garden, and adult-only spaces, including a spa, naturist zone, and the Sky Bar Zambra – a chill-out bar with spectacular ocean views. Children are well catered for too, with dedicated kids’ clubs, and a recreational area housing a small water park, tree houses, zip lines and a climbing wall.
The first hotel in the Canary Islands to do so, GF Victoria is the owner of an A Class in in sustainability. Here, solar panels line the roofs which also collect water for the plants, and children can learn about recycling, while adults can enjoy ecological welcome gifts in their rooms upon arrival.

Mainland Spain’s climate varies from temperate in the north to dry and hot in the south. Spring and autumn are pleasant and warm whereas July and August are hot, particularly inland. In Mallorca sunshine and warm temperatures are the norm from April to October with the cooling influence of the sea preventing excessive temperatures during the peak summer months, winters are mild and dry with occasional showers. Tenerife and Gran Canaria are year-round destinations, the climate being constantly warm for most of the year with July and August being hot.
