After about five minutes strolling around Domes Zeen, it's clear you’re not in just another Greek hotel. Never one to neglect its roots, the hotel’s name is a play on the classical Grecian concept of ef zeen or ‘the art of living well’. It’s no surprise then, that wellness is intrinsic to life here and is found in the small things like the open-air Jungle Spa or reconnecting over an intimate dinner of fresh shellfish – all food here is bought in by local farmers and fishermen, ensuring the community’s growth. Meticulous design means the abundance of natural light even reduces the need for artificial lighting.

Greece is blessed with a Mediterranean climate. From mid May to mid June and mid September to October the climate is pleasant and sunshine is plentiful. July and August are hot with temperatures reaching 37°C. Winters tend to be mild in the south but much cooler in the north with an increased chance of rain.
