More about our prices

Windsong Restaurant

One of the finest restaurants in the Caribbean, and eagerly awaiting the honour of a Michelin Star rating, Windsong Restaurant at Calabash Cove offers a tempting mix of international cuisine and local fare with an Asian twist. Enjoy dining with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea on delicacies such as octopus tempura, St Lucian crabs and local snapper. Choose the all-inclusive meal plan to include all of these tempting dishes as well as freshly caught lobster, cocktails and Champagne.

When to visit St Lucia

With its tropical climate and temperatures averaging 24°C, St Lucia is a year-round destination, though the best months to visit are generally from mid-December to May, when the island is drier and less humid. During June to November, the humidity level increases and intense tropical showers or occasional storms may be experienced – excellent offers are usually available during these months. A popular choice for luxury family holidays, St Lucia is usually busy around the school holiday periods; we recommend booking a year in advance, especially for the festive season.
