The pink-washed Great House opens out onto a bar with dining terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea and houses the two signature suites, Camelot and Colleton - each boasting rooftop terraces and sea views with Colleton featuring its own private plunge pool. Spacious suites with garden or ocean views, air-conditioned bedrooms, sitting rooms and terraces or balconies stud the colourful, palm-filled gardens.
The highly-acclaimed Camelot Restaurant offers authentic Bajan cuisine with a luxurious twist, freshly prepared by Head Chef Jason Joseph. In the Cobblers Cove Bar, indulge in a signature Cobblers Cooler – a smooth, nutmeg-infused cocktail blended with fresh tropical fruits and none other than Barbados’ traditional beverage of choice, rum. Cookery demonstrations, market tours and catching your dinner with resident fisherman Barker add further emphasis to this gourmet retreat.
Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily in the Pavilion at the Great House; expect the finest English tea, warm coconut scones and delicate pastries served on bespoke china.
