Spot endangered shoebill storks

Divided by the Nile, Uganda’s oldest and largest national park, Murchison Falls National Park is characterised by open, wooded savannah and gushing waterfalls. Avid birders will be drawn by the impressive array of over 460 recorded species, including the elusive shoebill stork. Cruise along the spellbinding falls on a boat trip to spot the hippos and crocodiles that inhabit the area too.

Observe chimpanzees

Discover habituated chimpanzees as they move through rich swathes of trees at Kibale Forest National Park, which has one of the highest diversity and density of primates in Africa. Here you’ll also catch a glimpse of Red Colobus Monkeys, black faced vervet monkeys and bush babies. You may even spot the seasonal forest elephant if you’re lucky.
