Each of the six contemporary villas, including a two bedroom family villa, uses the latest green power technology and features a cooled sleeping area, floor to ceiling windows, private pool and a large shaded deck with views over the river. Walkways meander through the ancient msikzi trees to the main lounge, bar and dining area with expansive viewing deck and a fire pit overlooking the river. A private boat ride leads directly into a game rich area of the National Park, where game drives are led by expert guides.
Price is per person per night on a fully inclusive basis with park fees and game viewing activities.

Low season for Zambia is generally between the months of December to May, high season runs from July to October. Supplements may apply to peak periods such as Christmas and Easter. The best time to visit Victoria Falls is between April and October with warm days and cool nights – the falls are at their most dramatic from March to May, though the sheer volume of water can create so much mist that the views can be obscured and Livingstone Island may be closed. Water levels are lower from August to January. Visit Zambia’s game reserves in the dry winter months between May and October when the days are clear and warm – October can be very hot. Some camps close during the wetter summer months of December to March.
